Agreement
By engaging Straya Studio for a project, you agree to these terms. These terms govern all project engagements between Straya Studio ("the studio", "we") and the client ("you").
Project Scope
Every engagement begins with a written scope document outlining deliverables, timeline, and fixed price. Work outside the agreed scope requires a separate written agreement and may incur additional fees.
Payment Terms
- 50% deposit required before work begins
- 50% balance due upon project completion, before final file handoff
- Payments accepted via bank transfer or agreed payment method
- Overdue invoices (30+ days) may result in work suspension
Revisions
Revision allowances are defined per tier in the project scope. Starter tier includes 2 rounds of revisions. Growth and Premium tiers include unlimited revisions until sign-off. Revisions are limited to the agreed scope — new features or direction changes are treated as scope additions.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of final payment, full ownership of all custom-designed and developed assets transfers to the client. The studio retains the right to display the completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses. The client is responsible for maintaining any required licenses post-handoff.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide all required content, copy, and assets on time
- Respond to review requests within 5 business days
- Designate a single point of contact for approvals
- Provide accurate and complete project requirements upfront
Cancellation
Either party may cancel the engagement with 7 days written notice. Work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced at a pro-rata rate. The initial deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced.
Limitation of Liability
The studio's liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered work.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
